  Johnathan at this hwy 28 bypass location was the best!! I had the worst phone in the world and ended up with a great phone, great accessories, and great humor along the way !! He was very courteous, professional, and hilarious. Great representation of the company.

  We brought 3 new lines to Cricket from Verizon and Tracy hooked us up completely and was very knowledgeable in helping switch our phones over. Samsung, Motorola, and iPhone. I saw him help many other customers during this process and he was kind, courteous, and helpful to everyone. Be sure to ask for TRACY at 28 Hwy store.

  Im so thankful i stopped in at this Cricket tonight. I went to another location and was very displeased and to leave. I decided to try another location and I'm so thankful I did. I received the BEST customer service from Aishia. She not only went above and beyond but she treated me like family! If it wasn't for her I probably would have just switched my service and bought elsewhere. There needs to be more people like her.
