the app never works and when you call customer service you cannot understand them. you take off services it takes calling several times before they take the service off and they do not reimburse you. they tell you that it is your problem not theirs and if you are not satisfied then go with a different company. so i took my 6 lines and went to verizon. cricket needs to get rid of customer service agents who do not want to do their jobs appropriately.

Courtney was amazing! Very good customer service. We have had bad experiences in the past and was worried about having it again but Courtney took very good care of us going out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you Courtney!

Went to go get my kids a phone. It was around 3pm and the door was lock and the lights were on. Not sure if they was on lunch break or no workers.

Very helpful location. This Cricket anyways. There always busy and never have enough employees. So mixed emotions still on switching wireless companies. I have a business to run and just don't have the time or patience to play around with companies

They always slow as can be. Also the price for your phone bill just went up recently if you have to pay inside. Some new garbage fee
