  Daniel at the Clemson Blvd. store was great. I needed a particular air filter and he went out of his way to explain the different kinds that were available.He explained how often I needed to change it. He provided exceptional service.

  On Friday, July 10. 2026, I was directed by the Lord God to turn in here to inquire about why my 15V outlet was not working in my car. I haven't been able to use it for some time after having my car serviced. Moreover, I was helped promptly by the store employee, Daniel. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and most helpful! He pulled up a website search on how to fix my car which showed that I have 3 separate fuse boxes in my car. The website identified 3 possible fuses that could be linked to the outlet near the fuse box on the driver's side. Daniel actually took a look inside of my vehicle and helped me to retrieve and replace the old fuse. He replaced the fuse with one that will glow when it is blown. This will make it easier to identify which one needs to be replaced the next time. When I was checking out, Daniel helped to reduce the cost by offering to scan a coupon for me. I thanked him for his time, and I was truly blessed by him going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Lord willing, I hope to be able to return again when I need auto parts. I highly recommend this location to others. Please continue to keep up the wonderful customer service!

  Daniel, an employee at the 3507 Clemson Blvd. Anderson SC Advance, went well above and beyond today for my Daughter and myself. Her battery died on the Fourth of July. She was working, her roommate unlocked her car and left the key for Daniel, who came out and replaced the battery and made sure the car started and ran fine. He refunded me for the core return and he also took her key to her, at her work and dropped it off. What a wonderful, kind man and considerate employee. Advance should be extremely proud to have Daniel as a valuable member of their Team. My Daughter and I very much appreciate him looking after her and going out of his way to make sure that her car was up and running again!!! Thank you Daniel, you are absolutely the best!!!!!!! And thank you Advance Auto, we will always shop with you!!!!!!!!!!
