  My 86 year old father came in today and was struggling with sending an item out. There was a gentleman worker who went above and beyond to assisted him. He saw how frustrated my dad was, already trying to send his package at two other locations. This man took the time to help my dad, and make a senior’s challenges less. Thank you!!! Your customer service today did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated by a daughter who lives 14 hours away.

  I needed to send mortgage related paperwork overnight, as the paperwork was needed the next day. The person that helped me neglected to tell me that "overnight packages are only picked up at 5:45pm". No one bothered to tell me this information, so I was surprised when I saw that my package was still at the Aiken store this morning. I asked for the franchise owner's name and contact information, and the person I talked to refused to give ma any information. I called UPS directly and they have started an investigation. g". Don't be fooled by this location's definition of "overnight shipping.
