  Every time I have interacted with this business, both the local office and the parent company I have had problems. Every. Single. Time.I am currently waiting for a package that has been delayed twice. The message on their tracking site simply states “ Delivery updated, no attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day.” I had to give them 1 star for accuracy and for their amazing grasp of the obvious. FedEx hasn’t been the same since Tom Hanks and Wilson were stranded on that island. Avoid this company if you possibly can.

  FedEx has lost my business. This Aiken SC center in Walmart is not open during posted hours and no one answers the phone. I went there on 8/10/26 at 9:20 am and they were closed. Opening was posted in the store and online for 9am. I waited 10 minutes and still no one to open the center. And noone answered the telephone. UPS ended up getting my business.

  Inside the Walmart. It's a lackluster experience only due to the 1 worker for the entire fedex. 1 person? In comparison to UPS which has 6 or more at all times. I hate when packages force me to go to fedex. Sad.. so sad.. very sad
