  Definitely would recommend this place I had a issue with my car and the brake lights staying on and Beverly went above and beyond to help me get my issue fixed. She was amazing and did everything she could to help.

  Their battery tester is worthless. They told me my 2021 Subaru battery was GOOD and sold me jump start kit and a battery maintenance charger instead. After having to jump start my car several times after a full charge twice - I took my car to a local Automotive Shop who showed me the diagnostics on my battery and it was less than a 1/3 CCA left. I bought a new battery and had it installed.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed a few things for some projects and I have been there before. If you need some car parts or need something scanned on your car for free, this is a good place to go.

  Went in to buy oil and an oil filter. Guy (James manage of store) was terrible talking about another customer in front of me. Tried to charge me 80 dollars for a gallon oil that was advertised at 35 dollars. I explained that 35 was correct showed him the sales add and the label where I got the oil. He said yeah that price isn’t right we are going thru the store and fixing prices. I said look the 2.5 gallon is 80 dollars but the gallon is only 35. He was pissed explained that I was wrong even though labeled correctly he pulled the 35 dollar tag off and said sir it’s 80. I went down the street to another store and got it for 30.00. I called the store to explain that the price was wrong. James was his name he was a total jerk. He said he was the manager so I asked to speak to someone else he said no there isn’t anyone else here which was a lie I just left. Then I asked to speak to someone else above him he said call our district manager. I said who is that he said I don’t know. I said you don’t know who I can talk to he said his name is Kevin and I’m not giving you his number. Worst customer service ever worst run store. James is a complete disgrace to advanced auto.
