  I pick up some front brake pads for my toyota. When I went to install the next day I seen they were the wrong pads. They fit a Kia or something like that. So I had to drive 22 miles one way to exchange them and the only set they had were 40 more bucks. This will be the absolute last time I will spend money with Advanced auto. I didn't get a sorry let me make it right or anything. Do better job. O'Reilly here i come.

  Aidan was insanely helpful in replacing my battery today. My old one was swollen and the clamps were pretty stuck on there. Aidan was persistent in getting them off so that I could have my new battery installed and be on my way (all in 90° heat by the way). Whatever he gets paid is definitely not enough.

  Completely unclear and deceptive advertising on the shelves. Buy one get one 50% OFF listed on shelf. For all armorall products. I picked out 2 products but did not receive.the 50 off because they were not the same product X2. The.add on the shelf was not clear. Additionally, the young man at the register has an arrogant and disrespectful tone. My name is not "Boss"

  The worst staff I have ever experienced. Three people working. An older woman maybe manager smoking outside the entire time. These kids couldn’t help with anything. It says all over the windows how they’ll check this and that. Not for me.
