  OH MY GOSH, Yesterday 6.17.26 Natalie was a HUGE help for everything she sorted out! Helped me get my parts for my 1998, so nearly 30yo, RV, absolutely amazing customer service! Great attitude! Her co-worker at the time was of wonderful help! I know the days are long and the nights are longer, but smile a bit more anon co-worker haha! Overall amazing experience, especially after beginning legal procedures from another employee of another location who stole my parts. It is all in black and white but my local hometown store really showed out today and answered ALL my questions! Cool people, go here over the other north RI trash locations just saying lol

  I had such a great experience at Advance Auto Parts recently when I needed a new battery. The staff were super helpful and even took the time to help me install it in the parking lot, which saved me so much stress. The store was clean, well-organized, and they had exactly what I needed in stock at a fair price. It is definitely my go-to spot whenever I need help with my car.

  Came to purchase a radiator about two years ago with a lifetime warranty . Guy at the desk was new and kept on needing his managers help with my transaction , I didn’t think anything of it . My radiator didn’t last and now I need to use my warranty and there’s no purchase of a radiator on my account so I’m asked out of a warranty because they rang my purchase out incorrectly . Second time this has happened with advanced auto I would give zero stars if I could .
