  Like Paula in the Reviews, I walked in a little after 9am and stood there for two minutes giving staff time to come from the back - finding help these days are challenging - I understand. However, after 4 minutes of me saying HELLO in every pitch, there was no one responding. I, eventually, walked out, got into my car and then noticed he came from the back. I didn’t go back in - why bother!!! Also, none of the food was out - don’t you open at 6am???? Yeah, no….too many competitors out there for me to put up with the lack-of’s. To top it off the other Subway on Providence Street, was no better. You both get a 1-star!

  Employee was on the phone with their AirPod in the entire order. Had to ask me more then once what type of sandwich I’m having because he was so preoccupied on the phone. Told him I had a tomato allergy and he still tried to put tomatoes on my sandwich because he couldn’t hear me with the AirPod. Got very upset when I told him he needs to get off the phone. I ended up leaving without my sandwich.
