  They forgot the mail on my sandwich. It’s completely inedible and dry. God forbid you try to call to get a refund or get the order fixed because no they won’t answer

  I am not one to write reviews but my service was exceptional and brightened my day. Completely blown away by the friendly and professional demeanor all too uncommon in fast casual counter service. I didn’t catch her name, but she was fantastic.

  They cancel my order almost everytime, and the employee named Rickey was rude about it!! 😡😡😡😡😡🥺

  This subway alone is absolutely horrible... all of our food was wrong... there was lettuce on my sandwich and I am in fact very allergic. We got in contact with the hire up which was no problem on getting a refund on our food... now the process of going in to get the "refund" was more complicated then getting ahold of HR. Day one... I go in and get told a manager isn't on he couldn't give me the a giftcard, which we asked could you just remake the sandwich instead... was told no come back tomorrow because he couldn't be giving out free food. When I in fact showed the email and brought in a receipt. I ended up leaving and coming back which was today. I walk in to just get the giftcard which I have now two emails stating the same thing from the higher up.... was told that I would have to wait 10-15 minutes untill the manager calls to give an okay because again "will not be giving out free giftcards" I said could you just make the Sandwich... apparently they didn't have the avacado that they missed the first time and or "none of the drinks that were on the receipt" I am highly disappointed and will not be coming back to this subway.... if I could give zero stars I would.

  Ordered thru the app, picked it up, noticed it felt really light. Asked if everything was in there and young guy working gave me the attitude brush off "Yeah". Alright, so I got home, unwrapped the sandwich and it was a bread lettuce mustard and mayo sandwich. No meat, no cheese. No sandwich contents besides condiments and old shredded lettuce. This place and it's worker is TRASH
