  Worst carrier service, ever. My package was delivered to the wrong location. The photo they sent me when it was delivered is not my door. Called and spoke with several people for 2 weeks. Bottom line… my package is lost but it’s delivered. They don’t want to hear it. Never using FEDEX

  Whoever is responsible for the Waterman Ave route in East Providence delivery should lose their job immediately. Rang the bell to my apartment, and I have a screenshot of him not even waiting 30 seconds for me to get to the door before leaving. When having the decision, I will never use FedEx ever again. Just a horribly run company. Their mobile app doesn't even work either.

  I will no longer buy from any company that uses FedEx. They suck!! Waiting around all day. Delivery never came. Cryptic tracking. Customer service is overseas, so good luck resolving anything with them.

  Had a package delivered and was tracking it while at work, I was alerted it was delivered expecting directions were followed and package was put out of publics site. the uploaded photo from driver the package was placed in my driveway smh. I reached submitting all the evidence that it was improperly delivered and put where it shouldn't have been and also submitted package being taken. they declined my claim and now pushing this matter further as it was $1,000.00 value and is ridiculous how they care less about the consumer and packages.

  Went back twice finally got my package i think it was somebody in India gave me some bad information all good lol
