  A useless AI that gives you endless disappointment. Fedex is genuinely horrible in customer service and doesn’t know what’s it’s doing.

  It is impressive at how bad they are at delivering mail. They are really excellent at taking pictures of your house and not delivering packages when you are home, but really impressively terrible about actually delivering packages even when talking to 4 customer service people and paying extra to have it delivered in time windows when people are guaranteed to be there.

  FedEx is the worst shipping service ever. I’m avoiding to order anything from any company that they use FedEx, at Warwick Ri all packages are lost.
