  Our business had a complex order printed at this location recently. The staff was exceptionally responsive in confirming our order and getting it done way ahead of schedule. When I found that I had made an error in one large sign after picking up the order, the Warwick location kicked it into gear to get everything reprinted the same day I needed it, saving me a load of embarrassment and helping our company deliver seamlessly. The team at this FedEx was exceptionally helpful in getting this rush order, but more than that, they communicated with me every step of the way with patience and a professionally positive attitude. They cared that we got what we needed quickly and with the highest quality I could ask for. I would trust them with anything!

  I hadn’t been to this location since FedEx took over Kinko’s. I needed some large prints made on the copier, but I didn’t know how to use the machine. I went to the counter and asked for help. Taylor—a young woman with a warm smile and long blonde hair—went above and beyond to assist me and made my day so much easier. Because of her, I’ll keep coming back for my copies, and I’ll use this place for shipping, too, since I sell on eBay. Good help is hard to find these days, this I know owning my own business for over thirty years but Taylor is truly an asset to this business.

  Called Michelle before hand to see if I could drop off a 2 in 1 treadmill to get sent back to manufacturer at this location. She grabbed me a hand truck, brought in, receipt, done. Very simple.

  I picked up 3 packages today and the girl that waited on me should have taken a happy pill before work. First, she asked me my last name, I told her very clearly what it was and she said is that your last name, duh. Next it seemed like she wasn't to energetic about retrieving my packages. I finally was able to put my things on the cart and leave. IMO this seemed to be an employee who has never been trained in customer service and should send her to classes. I usually pick my packages up at another FedEx and am always treated with a smile. I know I will never use this store again!!!!!!
