  I started doing business here after I left USPS and they were great up until yesterday. Allegedly two of my packages were picked up here yesterday at 11:38 AM and neither have had an updated scan since. Nobody at UPS seems to know where they are. I’ve only been shipping out of here for two weeks and they’ve already lost two of my packages. I had to edit my review because I previously had them at 5 stars. Tracking down two packages is simple. Find out who the driver is and ask where they are. If they are lost, he needs to be fired. I’m already having to reach out to customers to offer potential refunds. This is unacceptable seeing how I’ve only been shipping out of here for two weeks.

  A couple days ago I went in the ups store to send out a bci for work. I literally lovedddd Olivia. She helped me out as I had never shipped anything out like that before and didn’t mind repeating herself for my adhd brain, haha. I had a great experience!! :)

  A few weeks back I had the wrong return location selected through Amazon, Romeo and his female coworker were so helpful in redirecting the return through Amazon to their UPS store location. I was very grateful and impressed with their professionalism! Thank you!!
