  Found this in my blue cheese when I ordered my food wings were undercooked my order number was 10023 I was in Aug 8 I called I was hosting and had to throw food in trash and call and order a pizza . No one new what they were doing and there food safety and gross I asked for a refund and they said I have to go online called on the phone and some one said come down never got a refund food went in Trash

  This place definitely needs a new manager. THERE’S ALWAYS ONE OR TWO WORKERS compared to hundreds of customers coming into night time. The workers are over worked due to the place being under staffed. Bring more help in to help these workers out. The wait time here is ridiculous due to the establishment not being enough worker in

  Called three separate times because my wife’s order arrived soggy, underseasoned, and the wings were undercooked. Each time I was told we’d receive a refund, but it never happened. It’s disappointing that instead of taking the time to make the food properly, they sent out undercooked wings. Poor food quality, poor customer service, and no follow-through on resolving the issue. I won’t be returning.

  Ian was absolutely amazing at the counter. Above and beyond. Exceptional. He made me feel at home. The food, phenomenal. They had it looking like a 5 star Gordon Ramsey special. Will be back, will be upset if Ian isn’t present.

  Food tasted like gasoline absolutely gross. Floor was very slippery. Condiments, napkins and utensils were nowhere to be found. This is a one and done for me.
