  There was a bit of confusion with my order, and while I was trying to get it corrected, I became a little offended by the tone and wording of this young lady, who is probably fed up with people trying to take advantage. The point is that my reaction wasn't appropriate, which I apologized for, and I feel bad about it. After a long day of work, I just blew up. The manager, another young girl, was the sweetest person ever. She was so soft-spoken, polite, and helpful that I calmed down and felt guilty afterward. She was trying to understand my side while also considering her employee. I absolutely loved how she handled the situation; she de-escalated it and was fair to both her employee and customer. This girl has a very bright future in the customer service industry. Again, I don't know your name, but thank you. You are a true example of what a great manager is and should be.

  Cashier just seemed miserable and mumbling like he didn’t want to be there. Prepped cooked food with no gloves after handling money. Other worker was too busy on her phone in the back. Soda machine was out of syrup.

  Got food poisoning when I tried them a few months ago. Tried reaching out to them and corporate. They refused to answer me. One of the wings I ate was completely raw and got me sick with a positive salmonella test to support it was their slop that did it. On top of that my wings had 0 flavor and looked plain. Everything sucked about the people working there to the food.
