  Ordered a pickup order for 15 piece classic wing combo and a sandwich combo. They forgot all 15 of my wings... And to top it all off they put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. Waste of $30+, highly would not recommend

  Never been to a Wingstop before- wasn’t blown away. Staff was fine, typical fast food kind of service. The location was pretty bare- considering it’s brand new it kind of looked old. Coke was out and napkins are a roll of paper towels - not sure if that’s how it is at all of the wing stops or not. I got Mild wings, there’s no flavor to that sauce. If I go back I’ll try something else for sure. I just didn’t want anything too spicy this time. Wings themselves were good, and I liked the fries.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST WINGSTOP EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but after the service I received from John, I absolutely had to let everyone know. From start to finish, John’s energy, kindness, patience, and customer service were AMAZING. I honestly wasn’t expecting someone to take this much pride in making sure a customer had a great experience. He took his time explaining the different specials, went over all the different flavors with me, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel rushed. He genuinely seemed happy to help, and that kind of customer service is becoming very rare. I’ve ordered from Wingstop before, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had ordering from Wingstop. John turned something as simple as ordering food into an experience worth writing about. John, keep that incredible energy and attitude. Wingstop is lucky to have an employee like you representing them. Employees who go above and beyond deserve to be recognized, and John definitely deserves the recognition! 👏👏👏 5 stars for John — outstanding customer service from beginning to end!

  Found this in my blue cheese when I ordered my food wings were undercooked my order number was 10023 I was in Aug 8 I called I was hosting and had to throw food in trash and call and order a pizza . No one new what they were doing and there food safety and gross I asked for a refund and they said I have to go online called on the phone and some one said come down never got a refund food went in Trash
