    Grace and Dasia were extremely helpful and made the process super easy during a otherwise very hard process. I would recommend the store due to their service.

    I had purchased a mattress from Amazon, which I needed to return. I spoke to 6 people at Amazon who told me, eventually, that if I brought it to UPS, they would package and ship it. Once I arrived, the store manager went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping me wrap and tape the mattress. The best UPS experience ever!

    Was great place friendly workers. Now new cust. Svc personal rude, obnoxious tones can't even look you in the face. I'm there every week to pickup and now calling me to pickup the packages becuz of new owner rules. I had 5 pkgs. Sad very sad.
