  It was my first time using DHL services and Chadi was absolutely amazing! I actually chose this location because of the incredible reviews and drove quite a distance during an already stressful situation because I wanted to make sure I was in good hands and Chad absolutely met and exceeded that expectation! He took his time, walked me through every step, made sure I understood all the details, and was incredibly personable and patient throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless. I truly can’t say enough about how much I appreciated his help and kindness. Thank you, Chadi 🙏🏽

  Sheddi and Alex were extremely friendly and patient with me while I was figuring out how to send my package. They were helpful every step of the way! I stopped in after work and got there just in the nick of time, and they made it possible for my package to be the last one sent out that same day. The DHL delivery driver was also incredibly patient and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Efficiency, friendly personnel, fast service. I will definitely continue using this location to anything I need to ship. I highly recommend DHL at the waybosset St Providence RI.
