I had put an online order in, got the notification it’d be ready by a certain time, and paid with Apple Pay, so I had the notification my order was paid for. I show up and they didn’t have my order. The guy immediately talked down and asked “if I put the order into the right location” I showed him the screen shot of my order and the notification that I paid. He could have cared less because he didn’t see it on my end. He offered no solution besides to remake my order and have me pay for it again. As soon as I asked for a refund on my other he told me he couldn’t. As soon as I became combative about it, I got told “not to harass him……” he then proceeded to tell me if my order doesn’t get accepted, the pending charge will disappear. He then took my name and promised me if my order appears, he would cancel it out.
Today, I had to file a claim with my bank because that charge ended up going through.
So one, the guy was rude, two he lied to me.
I’ve been coming to this location a lot, atleast once week along with my coworkers. Needless to say none of us will be back.
If you have returning customers that come in a weekly basis and there’s an issue like this, take care of them. Now because of this, this location lost atleast 10+ customers just because of one employee.
