  Ordered online on 8/8/26 for pick up. Said ready by 3:03pm. Got there at 3:05pm. They hadn’t even started it yet. Walked in and only 1 customer in the store. 3 employees. Not 1 person asked me what I needed. Instead, I waited awkwardly until a female was done making an in store order. Then another customer came in and she greeted him. He was an online pick up. They started to make his order first, Then asked if I was an online pickup. I waited in the 100 degree restaurant for 10 minutes while they finally made my sandwich. What happened to customer service? Horrible experience. So my 3:03pm pick up turned out to be a 3:15pm pick up. No apology at all! Just my name called and nothing.WHAT IS THE POINT OF ORDERING ONLINE WITH A PICKUP TIME? I won’t be back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent visit to Subway was nothing short of exceptional, and much of that positive experience can be attributed to the outstanding service provided by Hunter. From the moment I entered the restaurant, he greeted me with a warm and genuine demeanor that immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. Hunter demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism throughout my visit. He listened attentively to my order, ensured every detail was correct, and displayed remarkable patience while answering my questions. His attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another transaction. What stood out most was his dedication to excellence. He approached every aspect of his work with diligence and precision, carefully preparing my meal while maintaining a positive attitude. It was evident that he takes great pride in providing a high-quality experience for every guest who walks through the door. In addition to his professionalism, Hunter’s personable nature significantly enhanced my visit. He engaged in friendly conversation, maintained a cheerful disposition, and demonstrated a level of courtesy that is becoming increasingly rare in customer service environments. His ability to balance efficiency with genuine hospitality was truly commendable. The cleanliness and organization of the restaurant also reflected the high standards that Hunter upholds. Despite managing multiple responsibilities, he remained composed, focused, and attentive to both the needs of customers and the overall appearance of the establishment. His strong work ethic was apparent in every interaction. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had at any Subway location. Hunter exemplifies what exceptional customer service should look like through his professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and I highly recommend recognizing him for his outstanding efforts.

  Ordered a steak and avocado footlong and it was all vegetables on my sandwich barely any steak total rip off for 15$
