I had an outstanding experience at Subway today. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and their positive attitudes made the entire visit enjoyable.

He listened attentively to my order, ensured every detail was correct, and displayed remarkable patience while answering my questions. His attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another transaction.

This subway refuses to participate in the NATIONAL and CORPORATE $6.99 footlong deal that is on the app. Do NOT come to this store unless you want to pay $12-$20 for a sandwich depending on what you get and how badly the workers want to guilt trip you into tipping that day. STAY AWAY!!!
I want to say I’m very disappointed in Subway® these days. Before the pandemic, I used to order subways and I would get a foot-long and always have half for leftovers. I always Order the veggie delight because I’m a vegetarian and this is the fourth time I’ve ordered in the recent past online with a promo offer, and every time now I feel like I got gypped.
I recently saw a promo code For a 12 inch subway for $6.99. The other three times I had issues I was in Connecticut and now I’m in Rhode Island and I took a chance on it and I am quite disappointed again. Please refer to photos. Photos also include the receipt.
First off I have no provolone cheese on my Subway®. You can see I asked for more lettuce, more tomatoes, less cucumbers, more pickles, less green peppers, regular black olives, regular onions, mayonnaise more and black pepper, and salt.
I gave a five for service because the girl inside there was so kind and sweet. She was working with a coworker who was a boy and he’s the one that made my subways. But she helped me when I got in the store to pick them up and I want to reflect on the review that she wasn’t rude to me at all. My order said It was ready and it wasn’t in the pick up window and the boy said it’s over there on the counter
I was so happy because I was so hungry and when I unwrapped it to eat it it looked liked like a loaf of bread wrapped up, so I opened it up and this is what I saw
Im sick of this. I ate the whole thing and I’m still hungry and I’m very dissatisfied again. I think this is the absolute last time I’ll ever eat Subway again.
