  Friendly, thorough and they investigated different insurance options with other carriers for a couple of coverages. The policies they put together saved us about $3000 per year compared to our previous homeowners, rental pro (1), autos (4), RV and liability umbrella

  This review isn’t so much a reflection on the Lippe Agency, but more-so a reflection of Allstate Insurance, who they do represent. We’ve been with Allstate for close to 50 years, insuring multiple properties including automobiles. We submitted a claim back in early Feb ‘23 for siding damage to a property and for 7 months now Allstate has continued to drag out the payment process. Every time we seem to be on the verge of making some progress with one adjuster, we get moved to a new adjuster; now on our third. Considering we have filed no major claims in 50 years, this has been utterly frustrating and unacceptable. The damage has yet to be repaired and I now feel I have no choice but to hire a public adjuster to do the job of a company we’ve been paying for all this time. I’d rather pay a little more to a company that would provide peace of mind. So, their pricing my may be comparable or better, but good luck if you have to file a claim.

  Excellent customer service and always there when you need them. I had a really bad experience with Geiko and Mary and her team saved me! I’ve been a customer for 8+ years, and look forward to many years to come.
