  Went in to drop off two prepaid return packages and walked out with both of them still in my hands. The guy at the counter refused to accept either one, saying they needed more packing material, even though the return instructions I was given specifically said no extra packing was required. He then tried to sell me $8 worth of filler to "fix" a problem that didn't exist. Of course he didn't say any of this until AFTER he'd already scanned both labels. So now the labels are burned, I have to go back through the return process to request new ones, and make another trip somewhere else to actually ship them. What should have been a two minute errand turned into a wasted trip and a bunch of extra work. I don't know if the manager was just having a bad day, but I'll happily drive out of my way to use a different location from now on. Wouldn't recommend this one.

  Galen at the Fedex office Middletown was able to turn my job around in record time. Pleasent, courteous and professional. My go to for shipping always and now copies and printing!!

  I worked closely with Gil ( not sure of the name). He was a fellow musician and understood how to pack my vintage guitar amplifier for shipping. It actually came out 3 lbs. lighter and saved me money! This is a great full service location for all your marketing and shipping needs!
