  Why a 1 star rating? Because 0 isn't available. Ordered online, picked up sandwiches. Found that 1 was missing when we got home. Called.... no one can refund but owner. 4 days and 4 calls later, owner refused to call back, or take any of my calls. Essentially theft.

  I ordered online.First they could not find my order than said they need to make it. Than finely found it and said full name. Both subs were not toasted . My wife's grilled chicken has 3 pieces of chicken it was all mayonnaise and lettuce. I ordered the black Forrest han. The cucumber was thicker than all 4 pieces of ham folded up together. The subs were not enjoyable and left us wanting the order area smelled like wet dog and not very pleasant.

  Constantly.Have I had my food undercooked in giving raw to me. Multiple times have I tried to call and they don't answer is annoying. No matter how many times they fixed food, they still mess it up. No matter how many times you tell them over and over the owner of the building don't care about the workers or about customer service.No matter how many times he been called a with complaints, he ignores them.

  I order the same thing all the time when I come here. They know my order when they see me. I always ate here for as long as I can remember and never had I had any problems with this establishment.
