  I worked with a rep, Karen Singleton, who provided service way beyond the call of duty. Because of a past bureaucratic snafu, I had trouble finding what I needed in home inshrance and had a way overpriced auto policy with another insurer. Karen persisted and applied her knowledge and professionalism and helped me find a deal that'll provide great coverage at half the price! I've become an Allstate convert!

  I called the agency to make a change on my policy and spoke with Maritza Diaz whom was very efficient and took care of my change in a timely manner.
