  I would like to give thanks with all my heart to Maritza. It was such a pleasure working with her. She was very attentive, respectful, willing to assist and answer all my questions. She walked me through the process of obtaining insurance for both my house and my car and made me understand all the necessary steps. It was such a pleasure working with her.   I had a great experience with Karen Singleton. She was very knowledgeable. took the time to explain each question I asked. Her terminology was simple. I am thankful for her service. I change companies now I know I am in good hands. I purchased a bundle of home and car insurance.

  I would like to thank Karen for all her efforts in getting me a much better rate for my Homeowners insurance. Even though I provided some information that turned out to be incorrect she worked through the issues to get the policy cancelled and a new policy started with the correct information. I am very thankful for all the assistance that she provided. We will get together again when I purchase my new vehicle in November or December.

  Nobody likes shopping for insurance but this was by far the best experience ever. Rachel made the process so easy and even helped cancel my other policies. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but such a patient and kind individual. She answered all of my questions and got me on my new plan that same day. Would rate 10 stars if I could :)
