  I had a very unpleasant experience at this UPS Store. The workers were unwelcoming, rude, and dismissive. I came in with a simple question, and the guy acted like helping me was a chore. I’ve never been to a UPS Store where I felt like I was inconveniencing the employees just by asking for assistance. The overall vibe was uncomfortable and unprofessional that I didn’t even end up shipping out my order. Customer service should not make people feel like they are bothering the staff. I definitely would not recommend this location.

  UPS is genuinely the worst shipper in America. Employees were rude and unhelpful the one time I went to this store for help with a legal document and today will be the second time I had a package marked delivered but it never came/was stolen by the employee. Most terrible company ever and I truly wish everyone that works there all the worst.

  Went in to drop off a item to ship. The guy with dark hair pulled back was bothered by helping me. Seems to be a trend with this particular person. Other associates are nice. Iasled hom a few questions on pricing. He was annoyed. Pulled out a calculator and gave me a range after rollIng his eyes. I was so upset, i said forgetit took my package went to the post office. Horrible guy. Will never go to get humiliated again.

  Always quick and easy, the employees are always friendly and helpful. We frequently ship packages and it makes our job easy! We have also used the notary, photos, and more which are great services available!

  Terrible experience over here!!! The older dude with the half a man bun and gray hair was super rude! I came to return my package and told him to watch out because the workout equipment had some lubicrant on it like every workout machine does and yet he touched it and said " I dont know what i just touched but thats disgusting" as if I didnt just warn him... anyways he charged me for the biggest box when I was told my box would only be $30 not $50! Not only that but he also made me take the other pieces from the part and put it in a bag because "I'm not picking those up" is what he said. Super rude and unprofessional I should've just kept the package at that point. Do better.
