The package was never opened and it was in the original box. The young person behind the counter stated that it was not in the original shipping boxed/bag and refused to accept it without me purchasing another package. Amazon instructions stated they would box it and tag it to send it back without no cost to me. The only thing I needed to do was show him my return code on my cell phone. He was unprofessional and rude. It should also be noted that the person in front of me was able to return his items without the original box. I purchased the return package because I didn't have the time to go to another location. My suggestion to the owner is that you need to have employees that represent your business in a more caring and professional manor. This employee cost you a steady customer who uses UPS for all of his business. So, for that small fee for a return envelop it cost your business a steady client who spends serious money through your business. If you want to be successful you need to have thoughtful and professional people working for you. BTW your employee was a male with blue hair, just so you know who was unprofessional. Maybe he needs to be addressed on how to interact with customers in a kind and understanding way!
