  I've been to this subway 6 times now, and the experience has been mixed, and I am being very generous. I understand these employees don't get paid well, but I cannot abide rudeness or refusal to make the order correctly. I got a simple chicken sandwich this last time around and asked for pickles, banana peppers, and olives. The girl proceeds put on an enormous amount of banana peppers and a normal amount of everything else. I said that's way too many peppers and she refused to remove them, and rudely told me to pick them off myself. I won't be returning to this location, as its at least the 3rd time the staff was rude or just ignored patrons while working in the back, or they just made an awful sandwich. I always give places a chance, but 4 or 5 strikes is my threshold.

  The workers are loud and weird, the manager is extremely rude and she acts like she got a stick up her butt 24/7 all I asked was for different bread only the meat was on my bread she was mad she didn’t hear me well and she slammed my food on the counter and she had an attitude while being passive aggressive.

  This isn’t the first time I’ve attempted to go to this location between 815-825pm and despite the signage saying open until 9pm, the doors are locked; the restaurant is closed for the evening. There was no other signage up. It’s inconvenient especially when your children have evening activities and typically, the subway experience is a simple and dependable dinner option. I’d recommend simply changing your hours to closing at 8pm if you aren’t going to be open until 9pm as your signage states.
