  It’s lunchtime and there is only one person working behind the counter. When we arrived there was 3 people in front of us, he ordered 1 sub and it took her 10 minutes to make. Then the other couple ordered 3 subs and it took her close to 20 minutes to complete their order. I have managed fast food before and I would. Never have 1 person working through lunchtime by themselves or be by themselves at all. I have been to other Subways and it has never taken this long to get ordered. I won’t patronize this Subway again.

  The "artist" working behind the counter did not know where anything was in the store. "Artist" did NOT know how to make a salad. This was the WORST experience I have ever had there. "Artist" said they were new, they should NOT have been left alone! My husband's salad was non existent! The "artist" failed to give us a receipt, and did not ask if we were eating in or taking it home! I doubt I will ever go back to the Youngwood Subway! Worst experience ever!
