  First and last time ordering from this Wingstop. I placed a $73 delivery order through Wingstop’s website. When the order arrived, a large fry was missing. I called the restaurant expecting a simple refund or a way to receive the item I paid for. Instead, I was told refunds were not allowed. The only options offered were to remake the fries for pickup or put my name down so I could get them on a future visit. Neither option was acceptable for a delivery order. By the time I spoke with the General Manager, I was frustrated and angry. I’ll fully admit that. What I didn’t expect was for the manager to make the situation even worse. Rather than offering a reasonable solution, I was again told that refunds were not an option. When I asked for contact information to escalate the issue, I was told to “Google it.” The missing fries were worth a few dollars. The time spent arguing over them, being told I couldn’t get a refund, and then being brushed off by management was worth far more. Mistakes happen. Missing items happen. What shouldn’t happen is a customer being left with no reasonable way to resolve the problem. That’s why I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  They forgot some of my order and were absolutely NO help to get it back to me. The food that I did get was soggy and the fries were a tiny amount. I even asked for my food to be crispy and for my fries to have extra seasoning. I would much rather go to another location, this one obviously has run its course.

  Great wings and fries at a fair price. Outsanding bleu cheese. Nice service. Definitely recommend.

  Food was horrible wings dryed out threw almost all the food what a waste
