  Everyone who works at this location is so friendly and welcoming! I had quite a few Amazon returns and was honestly a little nervous about bringing them all in because I’ve had less-than-great experiences with returns at the Red Lion location. The staff here made the entire process so easy. They were kind, patient, and quickly handled all of my returns without making me feel like an inconvenience. Such a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

  The UPS Store employees are always professional, courteous, and competent. It's a huge convenience having a UPS 2 miles away from my home. I typically use the store's services to mail out small packages, and to have my auto insurance ID card printed out every 6 months.

  Chase and his colleagues were amazing. Their assistants with my Amazon bed return was stress free, efficient and most of all customer service was awsome. Very big shot out to Chase and Shane are great. Thanks guys!!!💯

  Today when I was visiting the UPS store, I was having some issues getting some papers printed to be faxed. The general manager was kind enough to take his time and help me get everything completed and faxed before the store closed. I am so grateful for his help and his positive energy when the other staff were too busy or occupied to even attempt to help. I thanked the Manager several times before leaving the store. I'm next door at the Tea place ... completing the survey
