went in and got three subs. when eating in the restaurant, I noticed a hair in one of the subs. we went back to ask for a refund and were told they werent allowed to issue one. staff had attitude.

This store needs to be staffed with ADULTS. I am all about kids having a job, but absolutely no restaurant should be ran by a bunch of kids, with NO adult supervision, for them to treat the customers how my family was treated tonight. I will be filing an offical complaint and making sure action is taken. Paying patrons should NOT be treated like we were!!!!!

First visit was great except the rolls were very old they crumbled every time we took a bite. But other than that it was great.
