  Very frustrating and unprofessional. This is a major food chain that advertises an opening time of 7:00 AM, yet I arrived and was told they wouldn't be opening until 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. If your posted hours say you open at 7:00, customers should be able to rely on that. Either open at the advertised time or update your hours so people aren't wasting their time making a trip for nothing.

  Came in the yesterday the manager was use curse words, at or around employees was very unprofessional and seem like she could managed her emotional. Took 5 mins wait to start my sub, then I wait on bread n cookies. Ask employees what was the manger they say she busy and I ask for her name brandy and they didn’t give a last name. Will never come back
