  I forgot the exact location (inside Walmart close to Dover PA)and, but I had to drop off a package that I needed sent right away. The young gentelman was awesome and heard my issue and took good care of me. THANK YOU

  I called and spoke to JJ on the phone and then came in and he was great both times. Great customer service and had a smile on his face the whole time.

  I have been trying to have a package picked up that was wrongly delivered . I was told by AI that after I answered a few. Questions they would connect me. I answered the question. The first time ai stopped hearing me. The second time I called I answered the questions and never got to talk to human. 0 stars if I had that option. Still don't know if it will get picked up today

  The attendant did go the extra mile with a pretty complicated international shipment that required a lot of paper work. He took the time necessary to complete the packing and documentation, and confirmed with his supervisor on the phone if was doing all correctly. And he did it all very kindly even though he had to go beyond his shift. Thanks A***d for helping us!
