  Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. We cancelled our homeowners insurance and they kept billing anyways. We told them we cancelled it and even pulled off of Allstate's own website the confirmation fax receipt showing it was terminated. We sent them our new dec page from our new insurance company to show we had insurance and that we were owed money, not them. They just kept billing us and ignoring everything we sent. They put us in collections and then claimed there was nothing they could do about it because it was underwritings fault and they screwed up. Why have an agent who is not going to go to bat for you? The agent acknowledges that it shouldn't be in collections and tried to get it out, but now are ignoring our calls and emails. We are still fighting with collections and have even supplied them with everything they need and they still won't remove it from collections. Funny thing is is that we are owed about 30 days of prorated return of money for the year we paid in advance, but they have the audacity to throw us in collections and now this is ruining our credit. Terrible! I would never recommend Allstate to anyone! Its a joke!
