  How stupid, can’t have spinach on a wrap instead of lettuce. Rather lose a sale then make a substitution

  I ordered double meat. The girl acknowledged that back to me. Preceded to not give me double meat and still charged me for it. The custom or no tip button at check out wouldn't work. Kinda unfair to have to tip when you know you were done wrong.

  Ordered through the app and had sooo many issues, I had added bacon to three foot long sandwiches and extra cheese to them them but all of the sandwiches were without these extras. I also ordered three bags of chips and cookies and didn’t receive them either. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to call them and have the items fixed since I only get half an hour lunch. Looking at my receipt they charged me for all of my extras (which was over $10 just on the extras.) needless to say I am disappointed and will never use the app again! I guess there’s a reason we get to watch the food being made when we order in store!

  The young man working had a very negative attitude. He acted like it was a bother to wait on me. There were no other customers in the restaurant as he was taking with his coworker and had to leave the conversation to take my order. He didn't even try to pay attention to what l was trying to order. I ended up just walking out. The employee was very arrogant making a sarcastic comment as I left. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there on a Friday afternoon. Just a terrible experience.
