  Just leaving your Wynnewood store in Philadelphia, PA and had an amazing experience with the young lady named Blair store close to closing, 4 to 7 people came in within the last 10 minutes of closing she was by herself, she was pleasant and amazing giving full attention to each and every individual, as if the store just opened and she had 8hr to go when in actuality she had less that ten before close. I don’t know if you present awards to your employees. But in the event you do Blair should receive an OUTSTANDING SERVER! AWESOME JOB Blair! Please keep up the AWESOME work!

  Went to print a simple job I was given wrong information about how to print and charged extra for it and the receipt ended up not printing and I’m out $25. Thanks a lot.

  I cannot say enough good things about Quay at The UPS Store! My mom and I needed to have some important documents notarized, and after searching everywhere for a notary, we were directed to The UPS Store. We arrived close to closing time and weren’t quite prepared to complete everything that evening. Instead of rushing us or turning us away, Quay took the time to explain exactly what we would need, let us know the cost, and even recommended the best time to return since witnesses would be required. She assured us she would help coordinate everything and make the process as smooth as possible. When we returned the next day, everything went exactly as she had explained. Quay was kind, patient, professional, and incredibly organized. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Her warm spirit, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help stood out from the moment we met her. Customer service like this is rare, and I am so grateful for the care and professionalism Quay showed my mom and me. If you need notary services, I highly recommend visiting The UPS Store and asking for Quay. She is truly a gem!
