  Ordered a bunch of prints and the worker just put them on the counter without any sort of bag or envelope (they always put them in envelopes when I ordered them in the past). When I asked for one, the worker rudely said they don’t have any envelopes (I’m sorry FEDEX doesn’t have any envelopes?). He then said they have bags and said he’ll have to charge me 10 cents. The 10 cents isn’t the issue, but why are we expected to pay more money for something that should have came with what we ordered (envelopes to protect our prints so they don’t become damaged). I ended up paying it but this is probably one of the most ridiculous transaction I’ve ever had to make.

  This location sucks . The workers do not want to be at work . Every time I go in , they look at me like I am being a nuisance . The Springfield location is wonderful compared to this place .
