    There were 14 people waiting in line and only one UPS employee working there. We waited 25 minutes for one customer who mailed several packages Why do they only have one person working here? There should be two people working here. I guess this is a cost saving device. This is absolutely ridiculous!

    Nope, they decline packages even though Amazon says bring them in and they are to box them. They will turn you away. Oh also apparently this ups store doesn't have boxes either lol.

    Lady at the desk will decline your packages and make up rules on why they wont take it just because she doesn’t want to work. Brought to jenkintown immediately after and talked to a manager, nothing was wrong with my package. Lazy and uninformed.

    This is a great store for customer service, pleasant employees, fast copies and overall excellent service. I would highly recommend this UPS store over the Chestnut Hill market Square store The young lady by the name of Aaliarah Was a very big help. Great personality and great customer service.
