  Went in this Friday morning to pick up some items off the shelves. Stood near the registers with items in hand because there is no way to know which one they want you to check out at. 2 separate employees behind the counter looked directly at me, said nothing, and walked away. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

  Advance Auto Parts in Wind Gap, PA is a great store. Usually have the items I need, the store manager is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help get me what I need. Very 'can do' attitude, which I appreciate!

  I was driving to Giant and my car shut off. It started again but all my settings were reset. I thought the alternator was bad so I stopped at Advanced Auto Parts to have the alternator checked as they do this for free. Gerry, the store manager, came out to check for me. My battery cable ended up being loose and he went to the back and got some tools and tightened it up for me so I could get back on the road. So grateful for his kindness. I would give him 100 stars if I could.
