  On August 17, I shipped two packages marked “FRAGILE” at this UPS location. The employee wearing glasses did not greet me and handled both boxes very carelessly, even throwing one onto the floor. Unfortunately, one package arrived damaged. I’ve had good experiences here before, but this visit was very disappointing.

  terrible experience. i had a package that needes to be delivered next day early a.m. and i had already processed the shipment ... all i needed was for it to be picked up and taken to the hub which is literally 5 minutez away butt apparently i had missed the pickup which was kinda silly being that they are only 5 minutez down the road from willow grovez hub (i used to work there - retired) butt now you can't get anything besidez a small carton or letter through. also i did not appreciate the lady who worked at the ups store snide comment. a little compassion / empathy and respect goes a long way.

  I came to the store with the return box and the person that work there told me I need to pay $2.12 to close the box with a tape!! They should be ashamed!!

  A business double-shipped my order, so I used their prepaid label to return the unopened duplicate. I dropped it off at a different UPS location than usual, where the clerk was incredibly rude. She lectured me about how the company originally packaged it, claiming UPS wouldn't be liable, and completely dismissed my explanation. After handing me the receipt, she literally threw the box onto the floor. If I had been shipping my own merchandise, I would’ve been livid. Needless to say, I will be going back to Jenkintown.
