I had to return two tires to Tire Rack, not your typical package. I was turned away from the FedEx center at Walgreens. Doreen did a phenomenal job helping me to facilitate this shipment while masterfully handling several other tasks.

The website says they open at noon today, the door says they open at noon today. Well it's 1215 and the door is still locked. I wish I had gone with UPS, I could have dropped my package off 30 minutes ago.
