  I stopped by Advance Auto Parts in Willow Grove because the wiper blades on my truck had officially retired from doing their job. Fortunately, John hadn't. From the moment I walked in, John greeted me with a smile, asked a few questions, researched the correct blades, and even came outside to inspect the worn ones on my truck to make sure I got the right replacement. He clearly explained the different options without any sales pressure. After I purchased the blades, John grabbed them, walked out to my truck, installed both in about 30 seconds (even a NASCAR's pit crew would have been impressed), and disposed of the old ones—all without me even asking. I offered him a few bucks for saving me from fumbling around in the parking lot figuring out how to install the blades. He smiled, politely declined, and said, "Just leave me a review." Well, John, here it is. Customer service like this is becoming way too rare. It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely takes pride in helping customers instead of just ringing up a sale. John's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile are the reasons I will gladly be back the next time my truck needs parts. Five stars! Thanks, John!
