  Max is an amazing customer service associate. I was having a pretty rough day finding the product I needed at other stores but when I got here he put me at ease. The world needs more people that love their job like this young man. Blessings

  By far the best Advance Auto Parts store I’ve ever been to. I changed my oil and brought the old oil back to dispose of it, and the guy at the front told me not to worry about it — he’d take care of everything himself. In 10 years of changing oil in five cars and bringing it back to multiple locations, this is the first time someone offered to empty it for me. The last place I went to, the Doylestown location, basically kicked me out and wouldn’t let me dump the old oil because their tank was full. I only asked a question because the salesperson who sold me the oil earlier that day told me I could bring it back to dump it out.

  John and the rest of staff were very friendly, informative of deals the other day and even helped me figure out what may be wrong with my battery after testing. Don’t know them, just like giving credit where due.
