  Michelle the manager is an absolutely amazing woman. I was in for the second time to print lost dog flyers, and she was so incredibly helpful. She made the process so easy, and was so kind and sympathetic to our situation.

  The customer service was incredible, Khalil was very helpful to us! I’m not in upstate or the post office very often but when I am it is important. He ensured we were taken care of and provided an informative response to each of our questions. Special thanks to him there in the 1784 E third street Williamsport pa ups store!

  Im handicapped and your workers were very kind to me helping me out get me in the door and help me make sure my package was secured and safe I want to thank those people from the bottom of my heart ❤️

  I paid almost $20 for a package of perishable goods to be sent to my nephew in Oakland California- I went in on a Monday and was told he'd get it by FRIDAY. Not only did he NOT get it by FRIDAY!?? HE GOT IT A WHOLE WEEK LATER!!! AND THEY ARE REFUSING UTTERLY REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY!!! I INSURED UP TO $100- I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THE STORE WHERE I DID THE TRANSACTION IS RESPONSIBLE AND MUST REFUND. STILL NO REFUND. GETTING THE CONSTANT RUN AROUND. WE ARE IN A HUGE RECESSION WHERE YOU CAN'T EVEN AFFORD TO EAT! AND YOU WANNA KEEP MY MONEY!?? I DON'T THINK SO! GIVE ME A REFUND!!! AND A GIFT CARD!!! NEVER USING THIS STORE AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE THEY DO.NOT.CARE!!!
