  I had a large heavier box that needed to be mailed ! Claudio was there to help me at 6:30 PM with a warm welcome and a smile ! He boxed it perfectly and it’s on its way !!! It was so easy ! I will be skipping the post office and heading to Fed Ex !! Thank you Claudio for making a chore a nice experience! I feel like a made a new friend !

  Customer service is horrible I will never return to this office UPS in the gateway plaza in Edwardsville is a million times better the people that work there will help you with anything they are the best. Not this Fed Ex location they are LAZY and useless

  Great service, very clean and organized location. I sent the base of a keyboard and they packaged everything very well. It arrived safely all the way to the west coast.
