    Really hard to handle a request in this store, they do not have employees training well and the refund policies are very poor my daughter still waiting for a refund more than a month and nobody wants to handle better and the internet in this place is terrible . Please invest in your franchise .

    Awful customer service, the balding guy that works there is extremely arrogant both times i have gone in there. I had an Amazon return that needed to be returned to ups store and the employee wouldn't process the return bc my boxes didn't have the top sealed up, bc I thought they needed to be scanned with the item. He was extremely rude. And wanted to charge me to give me extremely small tapes to tape the small boxes on the top! Will never visit this location again!
