  We visited this location with the intention of obtaining passport-sized photographs. We were informed by a staff member that the camera was inoperative. It would be beneficial if the company could communicate such equipment malfunctions on their website or through other public channels to inform customers in advance. We advise against visiting this location for passport photo services at this time.

  The delivery guy didn’t knock the door or ring the doorbell, when I requested the package hold at this location, the customer service gave me wrong info saying that the package was delivered, but actually not when I arrived. FedEx is pretty good at wasting customer’s time. If you have other choice, try not to use FedEx.

  I went this morning to get my documents printed and laminated. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff member seemed unfamiliar with basic editing, and I was even charged extra for simple edits. I think additional training on customer service and basic document editing would greatly improve the overall experience.

  Do not expect to get your money back using 2 day if your package does not arrive on time. I wasn't aware of this. FedEx therefore stole $44 because they took my money and charged for for a service they didn't provide.
