  The delivery guy didn’t knock the door or ring the doorbell, when I requested the package hold at this location, the customer service gave me wrong info saying that the package was delivered, but actually not when I arrived. FedEx is pretty good at wasting customer’s time. If you have other choice, try not to use FedEx.

  I went this morning to get my documents printed and laminated. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff member seemed unfamiliar with basic editing, and I was even charged extra for simple edits. I think additional training on customer service and basic document editing would greatly improve the overall experience.

  DO NOT DO 2 DAY SHIPPING ITS A SCAM. Dropped off a package for 2 day shipping and then 1 HOUR LATER they delayed the package by 3 days and refused to give my money back over this, pathetic. FedEx simply just steals your $50 and they don’t care.
