  $3.99 for a “poly wrap”—aka a plastic bag. They decided my bag wasn't "good enough.” He was amazed that I didn't want to pay this inconvenience fee. I went across the street to Home Depot and bought an actual box for $1.30.

  Abby was extremely kind and helpful, I had an issue with my order and she fixed it and made everything look great. Will use again in the future for print orders.

  Unfortunately they disastrously messed up my pack and ship service for my move. Requested that my packages be held at nearest FedEx location to my new address, and an airport location (that can’t hold packages) was selected by employee for 1/4 shipments, and 3/4 were marked for home delivery. On packages that were incorrectly marked home delivery, the apartment number was missing. $800 worth of packages were returned to sender address across the country. I highly recommend double and triple checking throughout the process that the employees are fulfilling your expectations. I didn’t get this chance, as I was informed the shipping service (???) was temporarily down. He assured me everything would be taken care of and he would send me the receipt after my departure from the store.
