  Great customer service!! The gentleman who just helped me.. excused himself from the counter to help an elderly customer in the door. What a gentleman!!! I love to see kindness in the world. Thanks for the help with the rotors! Will definitely be back.

  If I could give more stars, I would. The team here was so helpful and friendly and helped me get squared away with my car battery issue. Thanks a ton to Rece, Robin, and Jake. They did awesome!

  My experience was great, start to finish. I encountered Carol in the parking lot, as she was changing another customers battery and asked her what to do if I think I need a battery too and she was able to instruct me on the next steps. This is where I met Bill, who installed my battery. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and quick! They were quite busy being a Saturday morning, but both Bill and Carol were kind and thorough with each customer. Great staff at the Homestead, PA store.

  I first went to Auto Zone as it was closer. The customer service person was rude and not helpful at all. I then went to the Advance Auto Parts Store down the street and found a totally different experience with the same request. Carol was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. Great attitude, service, and performance!

  Everyone here is always very helpful. However, today I met Taylor (I think that's her name). Over the top pleasant and helpful. Way beyond expectation. Attention employer: I've hired an employed many people in a variety of settings over 25 years. If today is experience is consistent, this is the kind of employee you keep happy. She will draw customers in.
