  Recommend others go to the mail center in Dilworthton instead. The lady at the desk here was nice, but ultimately I had a delivery exception which this location was unable to resolve (and apparently, it was known before I sent my package - seems like an intentionally dishonest situation). After speaking with the Dilworthton location, I was able to get the information/resolution I needed, so I’ll be using that location in the future.

  Had a package that I was unable to sign for but needed it before heading out for the weekend. The staff were super helpful in locating the package and allowing me to pickup on location. I see some of the negative reviews below, but I can’t see how that’s possible. All of the women that I spoke to were super helpful and nice. Great experience.

  Worst customer service ever. The two women are rude and talked down me. They were late delivering my package yet berated me. Absolutely horrible service.
