  I was in the store over the weekend to get a wiper for my car. One broke off. The guy asked me 20 questions and tried to sell me a pair. I told him I only wanted 1 and he kept pushing, asking for my number and if I wanted washer fluid. If I wanted washer fluid, I would have grabbed it. I will not be back to this store.

  I stopped in your Waynesboro location Saturday afternoon to pick up some wipers as mine were ripped. The gentleman that helped me recommend some Rainx wipers that were on sale and said thats what he has on his car and they are fantastic. He saved me $20 which was great. After he rang me up he walked out to install the wipers for me without even asking. While outside we were chatting about things and I asked his name, he said it was Jeff and he was the store manager. I can see why he is the manager. He was very good with customers and very polite. I will be coming back for future purchases.

  Told the employee that i know nothing about cars. He just looks up the item for me I needed and says you need this size and another size. Then I said which one and he got smart with me. He did not want to leave the desk to come help me. He acted like it was a problem and all I wanted to know was which window wipers I needed. I went across the street. If I could give zero stars I would. There is no need to treat customers like that or make them feel dumb because they know nothing about cars.

  The worst retail experience I have ever had. What's the point of having reference systems that lookup part compatibility when they don't tell you the whole picture? Incredibly frustrating to have to deal with a part return based on the specs you're given by the counter staff. Don't go here unless you 100% know exactly what part you need before hand.
