  Zero stars! Horrible customer service and extremely rude. The man, aka, Mr.Personality, behind the counter barks orders, refuses to be kind, and treats customers as an inconvenience. If you want to be treated like an unwanted dog, please try this place.

  They did an excellent job with debinding and hole punching my heavy, expensive textbooks. Holding one page on the sofa or desk is a lot easier than manipulating a bulky textbook. Will, the assistant manager, is awesome. I am very pleased with the friendly, fast, and reliable service that I receive at FedEx Kinkos Springfield.
