  Justin & a very nice lady work in the store. They wrapped my packages like they were their own. They explained everything, answered all of my questions. No waiting. This was my first using Fed Ex Office & I will use it again. These two employees are an asset to Fed Ex. This was the store at Trinity Point, inside Walmart Mart.

  Charged 4$ for "packing paper" (That wasn't needed) -Item was returned to shipper in original packaging with original bubble wrap up to their standards, which allegedly "isn't good enough" for FedEx. All this is, is a way for this business to make more money off of people making free returns. Don't rip off your customers. Increase your sales by being better.

  You need to to your driver’s to slow down. The one in Strabane was flying and his music was blasting this is a residential area kids riding there bikes.
