  Charged 4$ for "packing paper" (That wasn't needed) -Item was returned to shipper in original packaging with original bubble wrap up to their standards, which allegedly "isn't good enough" for FedEx. All this is, is a way for this business to make more money off of people making free returns. Don't rip off your customers. Increase your sales by being better.

  You need to to your driver’s to slow down. The one in Strabane was flying and his music was blasting this is a residential area kids riding there bikes.

  Drove 25 minutes from my house and arrived at this location at 10 a.m. to print and ship documents that absolutely must go out today. Only to find the gate down and the lights off. Now I have to turn around and drive 45 minutes to the Robinson location instead. Don't depend on this location being open if you actually have anything important or timely to send.
