    The parking lot nice and clean. Inside the store the staffs were nice and friendly. Ben , kindly and professionally help me with my package. Can't ask more. Expectation is on point

    The Balck lady at this UPS location was extremely rude and disrespectful. She accused me of fraud and said the information I gave was not true. She even looked inside my package, which felt very insulting and unprofessional. For anyone considering this UPS location, I would not recommend it based on my experience.
