  I had a very disappointing experience .The employee showed very little positive body language and did not smile or make me feel welcomed as a customer. The PIN pad displayed messages that were unclear to me, and when I asked for assistance, the attitude I received made the situation even more uncomfortable. Using a phone in front of a customer also gives a very unprofessional impression. I strongly recommend providing customer-service training to employees, including the importance of positive body language, smiling, professionalism, respectful communication, and being attentive when assisting customers. A simple smile and a helpful attitude can make a big difference in the customer experience.

  Money is very helpful. I'm in the store at once every 2wks or more. She's very patient, she takes her time when helping me. I never feel rush like I do with the other counter person.
